Tamaqua, PA – Silberline – a global leader in aluminum effect pigments – held their new waterborne facility dedication ceremony. This expansion of their Tamaqua, Pennsylvania operations will allow Silberline to produce pigments compatible with waterborne coating systems in the US, complimenting their existing capabilities in Europe and Asia. Silberline will be the only aluminum pigment manufacturer in North America with such a capability.
“Our building dedication is in honor of Dr. David King in recognition of his 28 years of leadership and service to the development and growth of waterborne pigment technology for Silberline,” said Lisa Jane Scheller, Chairman and President. “His vision in the area of innovation and technology development provided the foundation for making this building a reality.”
