Our expansive range of metallic effect pigments span several different market categories within the automotive industry. Silberline pigments for automotive OEM and refinishing can be used in both solventborne and waterborne coatings systems. We also offer effect pigments designed to meet the higher performance requirements for automotive parts and accessories, as well as a variety of wheel coatings solutions in the form of vacuum-metalized effect pigments, powder coatings and traditional aluminum pigments.

In keeping with our corporate focus on sustainability, Silberline has placed a heavy emphasis on the development of metallic effects for use in more environmentally friendly powder coatings. These technologies provide metallics compatible with current and emerging powder coating types and applications.

Employing the latest in advanced milling techniques, Silberline technology has yielded fine silver dollar flakes exhibiting a narrow particle size distribution and more uniform flake surfaces. These products can be used to create brilliant, high gloss masstone silver colors as well as clean and vibrant tints. SPARKLE SILVER® Elite pigments are applicable for use in Automotive OEM, refinish, and any industrial coating requiring high gloss and brilliant metallic sheen.
